In the early summer of this year, We received an inquiry which was different from those from regular customers. This inquiry provided detailed information about all the requirements, dimensions, drawings, standards, and technical documents that the client needed. Moreover, for each accessory required for installation, it also provided detailed information and the tolerance range.

In response to the high standards set by the customers, our technical team promptly responded and engaged in a month-long, efficient and professional intensive communication with the customers. From the main structure to each key connection point, we confirmed them one by one, and finally precisely identified the complete product list including C Channel:, ZAM Tri-connector, End Clamp, Mid Clamp, Rail Clamp, ZAM Direct Joint, HDG Small Base, and Trapezoidal Clamp, ensuring a perfect match between the solution and the project.

After the order is confirmed, it is the moment when the strength and efficiency of our supply chain can truly be demonstrated. Relying on a mature production system and efficient teamwork, we completed all the processes from raw material procurement to production processing, from quality inspection to proper packaging within just 15 days. All the products met the design requirements and export standards, and have been successfully arranged for shipment.
