This is a customer from Colombia, it has been five years since the first export until today. During this period, we exported different products to him, such as large-diameter spiral steel pipes, as well as various steel pipe fittings such as flanges, elbows, tees, etc.

This time, he consulted us about flanges (standard: ASTM A234 Gr. WPB).

After receiving the customer’s inquiry, we first confirmed the flange drawings with them. Once everything was verified, we promptly sent the quotation to the customer.

Upon receiving the quotation, the customer quickly arranged for their finance department to pay us a deposit (30% of the total price).

For payment, we can accept T/T payment and letter of credit payment. For TT payments, our process is that the customer pays 30% of the total amount as a prepayment. The remaining 70% will be paid against copy of the bill of lading.

After our bank received the payment, the sales department promptly held a meeting with the production department to review the drawings and schedule the production timeline.

After production of 10days. Then, our quality inspection department carefully checked the products against the drawings and confirmed that they all met the requirements. Then we confirmed the shipping schedule with the client and shipped the flanges to Tianjin Port.

The customer made the final payment (70% of the total amount) to us as soon as they received the copy of the bill of lading

After more than a month of sea transportation, the customer received this batch of flanges and conducted another product inspection.

After the customer's inspection showed no problems, this batch of flanges was quickly put into the customer's new project
