Export Project of API 5L PSL1 L360 Spiral Steel Pipes to New Zealand
At the “BUILDNZ2023” International Building Materials Exhibition in New Zealand in 2023, we established initial contact with a New Zealand client. After multiple technical discussions with the client, the client chose us as the supplier of API 5L PSL1 L360 spiral steel pipes. This cooperation not only demonstrated our production capacity to the client, but also showcased our professionalism in international trade.
Unlike most orders, The payment method for this project is not the traditional wire transfer. The client has requested a payment method of letter of credit, and Moreover,this project has strict delivery deadlines and quality inspection requirements. If we fail to fulfill the order as per the requirements of the letter of credit, the bank will not make the payment to us.
The size of API 5L PSL1 L360 Spiral Steel Pipes is 1850mm*25mm*11980mm. The large outer diameter and the extremely long length have posed difficulties in production. Moreover, the customer requires that we complete the production within 3 weeks and arrange for shipment. Before shipment, the customer requests that an international third-party testing agency, Bureau Veritas (BV), conduct the testing and issue a test report to ensure that the API 5L PSL1 L360 spiral steel pipes we produce comply with the standards.
In order to complete the production of API 5L PSL1 L360 Spiral Steel Pipes within the stipulated time, our sales department, production department and internal quality department have formulated a detailed process to ensure the smooth completion from the ordering of raw materials to production and finally to the BV inspection.
Finally, we successfully passed the BV inspection in one go, with every aspect meeting the requirements of the customers. The goods were successfully dispatched. In terms of trade, we handed over all the documents to the bank within the stipulated time to ensure the safe arrival of the funds.
