A piling project was successfully completed by Tianjin Ekun Steel Group for a client in New Zealand. The project involved the supply of 215 metric tons of Spiral Submerged Arc Welded (SSAW) steel pipes, with dimensions of 1850mm in outer diameter and 25mm in wall thickness.

At the outset of the project, the New Zealand client imposed strict requirements regarding quality inspection and product performance. In response, Tianjin Ekun Steel Group submitted a comprehensive set of the company's qualification certificates, along with detailed technical documentation and material traceability records. Through continuous communication and professional coordination, Tianjin Ekun Steel Group's proposal was ultimately reviewed and approved by the client, allowing the project to proceed to the production stage.

Upon completion of manufacturing, Tianjin Ekun Steel Group arranged for a third-party inspection conducted by Bureau Veritas (BV), strictly following the client's instructions. The inspection included thorough testing of chemical composition and mechanical properties. All test results were found to be fully satisfactory and confirmed compliance with the API 5L PSL1 L360/X52 standard. Following the inspection, Bureau Veritas issued an official third-party inspection report. After carefully reviewing the report, the New Zealand client expressed strong recognition and approval of the product quality delivered by Tianjin Ekun Steel Group.

During the final stage of the project, the client raised concerns regarding potential cargo damage or container damage caused by pipe movement inside the containers during sea transportation. To address this concern, Tianjin Ekun Steel Group proactively coordinated with a professional container stuffing team and developed a secure and well-engineered loading plan. Throughout the loading process, Group staff were assigned to supervise every step of the operation. Detailed photographs and video recordings were taken and shared with the client in real time for review. The client expressed great satisfaction with the final loading solution and acknowledged Tianjin Ekun Steel Group's professionalism and attention to detail throughout the entire project lifecycle.
