Successful Export of Q235 Square & Rectangular Steel Pipe for African Client

This is a client from Ethiopia, Africa. Unlike other clients, they learned about our company online, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and so on. This customer came directly to our factory. He said he went to several factories, some of which didn't produce the products they needed, and some of the workers didn't speak English, so he came to our factory.

We first took the customer to visit the factory, from our raw material warehouse to the production line. After the customer's inspection was completed, we waited for a few days because the customer needed to compare the manufacturer's production qualifications.

A few days later, the customer sent us an inquiry and requested square rectangular pipes with dimensions of 40 mm*40mm*2mm*5800mm， 40mm*50mm*2mm*5800， 40*60*2*5800mm， 80mm*60mm*2mm*5800mm, The material is Q235B. After both parties confirmed the price, the customer paid us the advance payment on the same day. We finished production within a week and notified the customer to come to the factory for inspection.

The customer checked each side length, wall thickness, length, and quantity of the square tube. And we measured the weight of each bundle of square tubes. After receiving confirmation from the customer, we immediately confirmed the shipping time.

After all the square tubes were shipped by sea, we provided the customer with commercial invoices(CI), packing lists(PL), Mill Test Certificate(MTC), certificates of origin(CO), and other documents.We sent a copy of the bill of lading to the customer, and after receiving the copy of the bill of lading, the customer made the final payment to us.

We also consulted with the client about the purpose of the square tube. The client operates an automobile import and export business in Ethiopia, and this time the imported square tube is mainly used for building garages.
